Revit Structure - Links |

Cadalot about Broken Links |
Here are some Revit Links that I have found on my quest for answers on how to fly Revit Structure, I have grouped them into subject / support areas for ease of use.
The Links should take you directly to the subject page. However Web Masters have a tendency to improve their sites on a regular basis, so if you find a link that is broken please let me know.

Official Support |
Some might say the first place to look for Technical Support and they may be correct, however Autodesk seem to alter the format of their web site more often that they release patches these days. It always seems a real effort to navigate their site and find what you want quickly, so I've placed a few quick links below.........

Work the Way You Think Revit® Architecture* software is built on technology for building information modeling (BIM), helping you design buildings holistically – not in terms of separate floor plans, sections, and elevations. Technical Expert Amy Fietkau shows you how.

BIM for Structural Engineering
Based on the most advanced technology for building information modeling (BIM), Revit Structure software integrates a physical model with an analytical model for efficient analysis, design, and documentation. Structural engineers can focus on engineering and design, not laborious manual coordination and redundant data entry. Technical expert Scott Hammond shows you the benefits of using the right tool for the job.

In plain language these guys are not just box shifters!
Let’s face it; one does not get rich reselling CAD software because the margins are so small. The companies that have survived and grown have done so because they offer their clients/ customers additional professional services.
The official (Bull****) I mean definition can be found below ;0)
Committed to recognising the top Autodesk Value Added Resellers (VAR), Autodesk, Inc. created the Premier Solutions Provider (PSP) program.
PSP’s comprise an elevated level of the Autodesk Value Added Reseller program, which incorporates Autodesk software solutions along with proven and measurable technical expertise in a specific industry or unique business.
VARs that have the PSP designation have demonstrated an ability to implement solutions, offer a consistent, high level of technical expertise and knowledge of their customers business, and exhibit an overwhelming commitment towards customer service.
Autodesk considers those chosen for PSP status to be experts at implementing the Autodesk Solutions of a particular product division or customer type.
PSP’s provide their customers with full solutions from pre and post sales support, to training, implementation and customisation. They work closely with Autodesk so that the PSP’s customers maximise their return on investment in Autodesk software solutions.
To qualify for the Autodesk PSP status, a VAR must demonstrate technical and industry expertise that includes a strong knowledge of customers’ business needs in the areas of Civil Solutions and Mapping, Architecture, Manufacturing, Collaboration, Government or Education.
