Bricsnet has done breakthrough developments for the last decade. However Bricsnet has decided to focus more on its core business which is facilities management. For this reason there has been a Management Buy Out for all the CAD technologies and business which belonged to Bricsnet.

BricsCad has taken over the ownership of the CAD technologies and related businesses, including the products known as Bricsnet IntelliCAD and Bricsnet Architecturals. Those products are renamed respectively to BricsCad IntelliCad and BricsCad Architecturals. BricsCad also offers the advanced BricsCad Architecturals technology to its partners by providing them a 100% complete API of the software.

Peer to Peer Support ( Independant Forums )

There is no better way of getting support than by asking someone that has already had and solved your problem. I strongly advise that you find a Newsreader and subscribe to alt.cad.intellicad

One of the nicest Newsreaders around (apart from Kirsty Young) is Free Agent.

CAD CHAT

CAD CHAT is a group of Discussion Forums for the CAD Community. It includes Autodesk, Bentley, CADKEY, Graphsoft, ISMI, IntelliCAD, Robert McNeel & Associates, SolidWorks and a General Community chat area.

Unlike alt.cad.acad which can be dealt with off line, you need to be on line for this group. This is great because due to security restrictions at work I can't get to alt.cad.acad & alt.cad.intellicad.

ITC Member Open Forums

Not all the ITC Member Companies open their forums to the general public, some are restricted to customers only as a means of support for the product.

The Companies below open their forum to non-customers, you may need to register but you don't have to be a customer with a serial number etc.

The Cadopia Forum is very active, and is a great source for peer to peer support. Representatives from Cadopia are also very active on this forum.

Netscape users go directly to http://www.cadopia.com/cgi-bin/Ultimatebb.cgi

The autodsys forum, and is an other source for peer to peer support. you need to register your email address and some contact details and a user name in order to gain access.
