The essence of F I T's attitude toward its business is expressed in its statement that the "Customer is King." As founder Takashi Furukawa explains, business success results from good personal relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and company staff. Technology deserves (and gets) critical attention but the fact remains that, without positive interaction with good people, advanced technology alone will not assure company success. Thus, human relationships are the overriding consideration at F I T. Lines of communication with distributors, dealers and customers are diligently maintained. Requests for information or product support are encouraged and in the spirit of fostering personal relationships, are treated with respect and prompt attention. The entire F I T staff is geared to accomplishing these objectives. Realistically though, in the high technology arena even the best of relationships require the foundation of product excellence to really blossom. Toward that end, F I T maintains comprehensive development and product improvement programs. This commitment is based on confidence in the long term viability of the CAD design market. The company sees an increasing demand for applications in vertical markets that require an integration of graphics design, database information and report writing

	Peer to Peer Support
	There is no better way of getting support than by asking someone that has already had and solved your problem.  The Forum on the FIT web site is well attended and there are many regulars that are willing to assist you in answering your questions or finding solutions to your problems.
	There is not a lot of traffic on this newsgroup these days but it is there. I strongly advise that you find a Newsreader and subscribe to alt.cad.cadvance   One of the nicest Newsreaders around (apart from Kirsty Young) is Free Agent or Agent ( Warning AOL users can't use this product ).
	MSKTD & Associates Inc are based in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis in the USA. They provide Architecture Engineering and Interior Design services have been using CADVANCE for years. They have written many macros over the years, the current crop are available from their web site by clicking on Corporate Login and then using the Username cadvance and the password cad
	CAD CHAT is a group of Discussion Forums for the CAD Community. It includes Autodesk, Bentley, CADKEY,  Graphsoft, ISMI, IntelliCAD, Robert McNeel & Associates, SolidWorks and a General Community chat area.   Unlike alt.cad.acad which can be dealt with off line, you need to be on line for this group. This is great because due to security restrictions at work I can'.t get to alt.cad.acad.   So this discussion forum will be getting a bashing from me in the future.

	Wotsit's Format is the complete programmer's resource on the net. This site contains file format information on hundreds of different file types and all sorts of other useful programming information; algorithms, source code, specifications, etc. including different versions of DWG and DGF format.   The search engine on this site is the simplest way to get to any information that you are looking for.
	The OpenDWG Alliance is an association of CAD customers and vendors committed to promoting Autodesk AutoCAD's DWG drawing file format as an open, industry-standard format for the exchange of CAD drawings. OPENDWG ALLIANCE UPDATES NAME TO REFLECT MISSION The OpenDWG Alliance changed its name to the Open Design Alliance to reflect the expanded number of file formats it supports through the program libraries it develops. The alliance initially focused on DWG and DXF support, but in May 2003 agreed to support the OpenDGN standard. It also provides some support for DWF (Design Web Format) and SVG (Simplified Vector Format).
